1. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping (India):

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our fulfillment partner, Qikink.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to 29+ countries including:

  • United States, Canada
  • United Kingdom, European Union countries
  • Australia, New Zealand
  • UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong
  • And more

2. Processing Time

Production: 2-3 business days
Quality Check: 1 business day
Total Processing: 3-4 business days before shipping

Note: Orders are made-to-order to ensure premium quality and reduce waste.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

India (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days (after processing)
  • Total Time: 10-14 business days from order placement
  • Carriers: Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post (via Qikink)

International:

  • Standard International: 10-15 business days (after processing)
  • Total Time: 13-19 business days from order placement
  • Carriers: DHL, FedEx, or local postal services

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

India:

  • Orders under ₹1,500: ₹99 shipping fee
  • Orders ₹1,500 and above: FREE SHIPPING 🎉

International:

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Typically ₹500-1,500 depending on location

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package in real-time

6. Customs and Duties (International)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility
  • Fees vary by country and are not included in our prices
  • Packages may be held by customs for inspection
  • We cannot predict or control customs fees

7. Shipping Address

Important:

  • Provide complete and accurate shipping address
  • Include apartment/unit numbers if applicable
  • Verify address before completing order
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses

Address Changes:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to change address
  • Changes may not be possible after order enters production
  • Email Support@code96.in immediately

8. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages:

  • Contact us if package doesn't arrive within expected timeframe
  • We'll investigate with shipping carrier
  • Replacement or refund issued if package confirmed lost

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect package upon delivery
  • Note any damage on delivery receipt
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • We'll arrange replacement or refund

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • Carrier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • Package returned to sender after failed attempts
  • Customer responsible for reshipment costs

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable:

  • We'll contact you to verify address
  • Reshipment available (customer pays shipping)
  • Refund available (minus original shipping costs)

10. Holidays and Peak Seasons

During holidays and peak seasons:

  • Processing times may be extended by 1-2 days
  • Shipping times may be longer due to carrier volume
  • We'll notify you of any expected delays

11. Order Splitting

If you order multiple items:

  • Items may ship separately from different facilities
  • You'll receive separate tracking numbers
  • No additional shipping charges for split shipments

12. Expedited Shipping

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders follow standard processing and shipping timelines.

13. PO Boxes and Military Addresses

  • India: We ship to PO Boxes (may take longer)
  • International: Some carriers don't deliver to PO Boxes; provide street address when possible
